ONTARIO, CA (MARCH 5, 2003) - The Fly Fishing Show will make its debut in Southern California at the Ontario Convention Center on March 8-9, 2003. Known across the United States as one of the top fly-fishing shows, the two-day event will feature prominent fly-fishing experts, demonstrations, classes and exhibits.

"We are very excited to host The Fly Fishing Show for the first time in Southern California. This show offers something for every level of fly fisherman, from the very experienced to those just beginning," Amita Patel, OCVB's director of sales and marketing. "Several fly-fishing professionals will be on hand to give classes, seminars and casting demonstrations."

Some of the greatest practitioners in the world are scheduled to appear at The Fly Fishing Show, including Cathy and Barry Beck, fly fishing's premier husband and wife team, A.K. Best, recognized as one of America's top fly tyers, and Ed Engle, editor for Fly Fisherman Magazine. Seminars, demonstrations and classes are scheduled for both Saturday and Sunday.
