ONTARIO, Calif., February 20, 2006 – The Ontario Convention Center will hold a great catch on Feb. 25 and 26 as its fourth annual Fly Fishing Show features more than 50 exhibitors and 15 seminar presentations from some of the nation's best fly fishing guides and tyers.

"The Fly Fishing Show always 'reels in' a great crowd of enthusiastic fly fishing fans," said Bob Brown, executive director and general manager of OCVB. "Now in its fourth year at the Ontario Convention Center, the Fly Fishing Show is going to be a great learning opportunity for fly fishermen of all ages and skills, including people new to the sport."

Brown anticipates the show will bring 2,500 attendees and $263,000 in economic impact to the City of Ontario.

Richard Bean, A.K. Best, Ken Hanley, Maggie Merriman, Bob Slamal and Taylor Streit will be among the featured speakers at the two-day event. Casting demonstrations, seminars, theatre presentations and classes for fly fishermen of various skills are also scheduled.

The Fly Fishing Show is open Saturday, Feb. 25 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Ontario Convention Center, located at 2000 Convention Center Way. Admission is $14 for adults for one day and $24 for both days. Children 11 and under are $2 per day. Pre-registration and an additional fee are required for each of the eight two-and-a-half hour classes scheduled throughout the weekend.
