ONTARIO, Calif., August 13, 2008 – Ontario Convention and Visitors Bureau has hired Sally Reynolds as national sales manager. Reynolds will manage corporate and association related activities for the Ontario CVB.

"She is the perfect combination of professionalism and dedication we were looking for," said Amita Patel, Ontario CVB's sales director. "Her commitment, timely follow-through and confidence to develop and expand new market areas were the right fit to help us meet our growth and awareness objectives."

Reynolds comes to the Ontario CVB with 19 years of hospitality experience, specifically in the hotel and travel industry. She has worked for several large hotel companies including Marriott, Radisson, Hilton and Starwood. She is a member of Meeting Professionals International and the National Coalition of Black Meeting Planners.

Reynolds's area of responsibility will be the national corporate market and association meetings market west of the Mississippi River. The Ontario CVB is a "one-stop shop" that books hotel- only, convention center only and citywide events utilizing the center. Reynolds is part of the Ontario CVB sales team that is housed inside the Ontario Convention Center providing planners with immediate answers for date availability and detailed information about the Convention Center.
