
Home Improvement & Green Living Expo Featuring Wood Working Show Set to Attract
15,000 Visitors to Ontario Convention Center
Ontario, Calif., April 27, 2009
– Three shows are set to attract up to 15,000 people May 1-3 at the
Ontario Convention Center;
the Home Improvement Solutions
Expo; the Inland Green Expo
and the Wood Working Show.
"Green living is a hot topic and the expo is expected to attract 10,000 to
15,000 people," said Bob Brown, Ontario Convention Center General Manager and
CEO. "Local businesses will benefit greatly from this event; expo and show
visitors tend to stay at local hotels, shop at local retail stores and eat at
local restaurants."
The three-part expo will feature hands-on activities for kids, speakers every
hour and hundreds of exhibitors with the latest in products and services for
home improvement projects. During the three-day event, at least five hybrid
vehicles will be on display. Attendees will have the chance to win a $2,000
Premier Cookware set from Kitchen Craft.
The Inland Green Expo is presented by the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin, the San
Bernardino Sun, the Redlands Daily Facts and the San Gabriel Valley Newspaper
Group, the expo opens Friday, May 1 at 1 p.m. and at 10 a.m. Saturday and
Sunday.
