Terms and Conditions

• Minimum of 25 rooms per night
• Meeting must be booked in 2010 and actualized in 2010 to receive full commission
• If booking a multiyear meeting (same meeting for two or three years - with one actualizing in 2010) above commission plan will apply for all years. Commission on future years will be paid one year prior to the arrival date per booking.
• Will offer 75% of above listed commission if booking in 2011
• Not valid for groups already contracted
• Not valid with other offers
• Applies to groups that meet above room night criteria
• Must mention this promotion to qualify
• Applicable to participating properties only
